1) No purchase necessary to win. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins Jan 2010 and ends April 2010.
2) Contest open to female residents of North Carolina ages 13 to 19 as of Jan 1, 2010. Employees and their family/household members (i.e. parents, children, spouse, siblings) are not eligible to enter.
3) Enter by providing your full name, working phone number, and email address on an official entry blank provided by A Bridal World. All entries must be received by April 2010.
4) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about May 1, 2010. Winner will be notified by phone or email. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Odds of winning are based on the total number of qualified entries received.
5) One Grand Prize winner will receive her choice of prom gown (up to $200 value) from A Bridal World or reimbursement for a gown purchased during the contest with valid receipt, up to $200 value. Any remaining balance will be the responsibility of the winner. Prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
6) By participating in this contest, entrants agree to allow A Bridal World to use winner's name, picture and or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in print, online, and/or in other media, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
7) All resonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. In the event that notification of prize is undeliverable, a new winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of A Bridal World.
8) Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified.
9) If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planed, A Bridal World reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest at any time.
